Track Record · The Numbers

The numbers are real. The methodology is transparent.

Information asymmetry is how most search firms survive. We eliminate it. Every prospective client receives Falcon's complete placement history before any decision is made. Not highlights. The whole record.

How we calculate the number most people ask about.

We track every placement made since 2020. The math is straightforward, and we are willing to walk any prospective client through it in detail, with the underlying data, before any conversation about an engagement.

86%
Still in Seat / Led Exit

What counts. What doesn't.

A placement counts toward the 86% if the executive is still in the role today, or was in the role at the time of a sponsor exit event during the hold period. Executives replaced before exit for performance reasons count against the figure. Executives who transitioned to a different role within the same sponsor's portfolio at the sponsor's direction do not count against it.
