Falcon launched in 2011 with one PE sponsor relationship and a handful of searches per year. The mandate was narrow and deliberately so: become the best retained search firm in the world for PE-backed C-suite talent, and serve no other market. No large corporate, no venture, no non-profit. Nothing but private equity.

Fifteen years later, Falcon executes more than 100 searches per year across more than three dozen sponsor relationships. The growth has not changed the mandate. Every search still sharpens the same edge: a deeper understanding of governance nuance, deal performance dynamics, and the specific profile of executive who thrives under sponsor ownership. Diluting that with other markets dulls the axe. We take no plays off.
